Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances might change in the months after you have made a reservation which require a cancellation. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation you will need to email the Registrar before March 1st to receive a full refund (minus a 3% processing fee).

For cancellations after March 1 your entire room rate will become a tax deductible contribution to Quaker House.
